Our Food

What measures are you taking to support customers and staff? 
We already follow the highest food safety standards.
In addition to our gloves and protective clothing - we are also wearing masks.
We have introduced a strict, staff 5 feet separation policy.
Hand sanitizers are being used and regular hand washing.
When not at work staff have been asked to self-isolate to reduce risk of contact.
Can I eat my meals both hot and cold?
Yes, you can choose to eat your food hot or cold. They are served in a microwaveable container for your convenience.

Does your food have any added preservatives or sugars?
No, we do not add anything extra to our meals.

Food Storage

How long can I keep my meals in the fridge?
Food can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can I freeze my food?
Yes, you can freeze meals on the day of purchase and they will keep frozen for up to 3 months.
Payments

What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major payment cards and PayPal.

Are your online payments secure?
Our online payment system is very secure and protected.

Orders

Why is there a minimum order amount?
We run our own local delivery service - a minimum order amount encourages our customers to have more food delivered less often. This helps us and the environment if we are transporting more food less often.

Can you cater for larger orders?
If you need a large order we'd be happy to discuss your needs for you. Please contact us.

Do you deliver outside of South West Scotland?
We currently deliver to Ayr, Kilmarnock, Irvine and Stirling. Our business is growing and we hope to be delivering in your area soon!
