Cooking Instructions. 

Microwave. 

Open the tub and Remove the pot of gravy. Microwave the rest together for 2 minutes (800w) let stand for 30 seconds. Then Microwave for a Further 1 minute and 30 seconds. Microwave the Gravy pot separately for 30 seconds or until warm. Always be careful when handling hot food. 

Refrigeration

keep meals refrigerated between 1 degrees and 3 degrees. Always insure you fridge is at the correct temperature. 

These meals can be frozen for up to 3 months.
